To optimise your result, we focus not only on the 1 hour session in the gym, but also the rest of the 23 hours outside the gym.
We design individualized training programs and meal plans for clients, monitor their progress and review and adjust these plans every 4 to 6 weeks.
Each client is entitled to use our mobile training app, which includes functions such as messenger, exercise tracking, nutrition target, progress report, home workout with coaching videos.
This is a powerful tool to enhance your training experience. Most importantly, to create a better result.

Other than personal training, we offer Training Camps - a group of clients training with specific target in a specific period. Learn, sweat and improve together.
Each session is limited to six members to ensure coaching quality. All of the training programmes are systematically designed and targeted to improve muscle strength, conditioning, mobility and body composition.
