TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Performance Training/ Strength and Conditioning Training can be adopted by general public instead of  “Athletes only”.

At KRATOS, our coaches will maximally enhance your performance, delivering no-nonsense and evidence-based training. Fitness is about getting better everyday, not just about short-term goals such as losing a certain amount of weight.

 

A successful fitness plan goes beyond the one-hour training session and follows through in the 23 hours when you are not in the gym. This is what we do, and this is how it works.

TRAINING ESSENTIALS

Helping you to achieve fitness goals is our first priority.  The following elements  are how we design tailor-made training programs and monitor your progress and results. 

LISTENING

Your training program needs to match with your needs and goals. We love to listen to what you really want. 

EXECUTION

To optimise your result, we will not only focus on the 1 hour in the gym, but also the rest of the 23 hours outside the gym. 

PLANNING

We take you through an assessment of your physical condition before we set up the training plan for you.

REFLECTION

From time to time our coaches will closely monitor your training progress and make adjustments if needed.
