The reasons that I started my personal training is that I want to become healthier, improve my body shape and release stress. My trainer Debby set up a systematic training program for me which help me to achieve the best result. She constantly communicate and educate me the rationale behind each movement and how I can improve on it.
Most importantly, always encourages and motivates me when I’m tired. The coaching approach of Kratos is very professional and personalized. We have been training for almost 8 years and became a good friend. I am very satisfied, and always looks forward for my training sessions.
