I’ve been going to the gym for years but with little knowledge of how to work out correctly. My goal of working with a personal trainer was to learn a correct work out routine. I started training with Barry several years ago. After our first session I completely changed my thought process on working out. Barry introduced me not only to proper technique for training but is able to push me to do better at the same time.
Barry is extremely knowledgeable with fitness and nutrition. He knows how to communicate in an easy to understand way that makes fitness challenging but fun at the same time. Working out with Barry has changed my life. I’m forever grateful to the role he plays to make me a better person. I started focusing on fitness at a later stage in my life and the results I’ve achieved are something I’m proud of and will continue to develop.
