The primary reason for me to train is to get healthy by lowering my blood pressure and achieving fat loss. My coach designed a program of diet and exercise routines, which are curated to my specific needs, family commitment and travel schedules.
I am most impressed with the positive attitude of my coach by demonstrating every move, undivided attention during training with a challenging yet pragmatic and well-planned program. I have tried work out in different setups but Kratos is simply the best. Kratos is the only one I can and will stick with.
